What are the best audio resources for technical engineering and architecture?

I'm on the lookout for high-quality audio resources like podcasts, audiobooks, or recorded lectures that I can enjoy while driving or away from a computer screen. The tricky part is that most technical resources often say things like "look at the diagram" or read long code snippets. I'm interested in finding audio content where speakers can clearly explain complex engineering concepts without relying on visual aids. I'm open to any recommendations covering areas such as system architecture, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, or insights into technical decision-making for large systems. Essentially, I'm searching for resources that are technical but can be fully understood by just listening. What audio-first recommendations do you have for improving my engineering skills on the go?

I've been tuning into CoRecursive during my commutes. It's more focused on storytelling about how different systems and technologies were developed, but it does get pretty technical. You can easily follow along without needing to look at anything.
