I'm in the market for an ergonomic office chair that costs less than $300. I realize that's a tight budget, so I'm not looking for anything extravagant. My main goal is to find something comfortable enough for both working and gaming sessions that could last a few hours without causing back pain. I'm open to buying used chairs as well. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!

I've tried a few chairs recently while searching for the perfect ergonomic option for both work and gaming. I ended up going with the Ikea Styrspel chair, and it’s surprisingly great! I’m quite tall (about 6'6") and it fits me well. The mesh design is really comfortable, unlike PU leather which I've had issues with. I bought mine second-hand for around €100, and my wife ended up getting one too after seeing how much I liked it!
