I'm currently using an Intel stock cooler with my i5-13400F, and it's getting pretty loud, especially when I'm gaming. I'm looking for suggestions on what CPU cooler I can upgrade to for better performance and quieter operation.

Honestly, any decent tower cooler will do. They’re all a step up from the stock cooler in terms of noise and cooling performance.
If you want something more powerful, this dual-tower cooler is a great deal: ID-Cooling Frozn A620 Pro. It has excellent performance and is also quiet!
Check out the Peerless Assassin 120. It's known for its efficient cooling and should help with the noise issues.
If you’re up for it, a 120mm AIO water cooler is perfect for your CPU. If not, just grab any reliable air cooler for a solid improvement.
I’d recommend the Thermalright Phantom Spirit. It's a solid cooler and does a great job at keeping noise levels down while maintaining good temps.
