What are the best durable chargers for older iPhones?

Hey everyone! I'm really trying to cut back on subscription services and those frustratingly fragile products that constantly drain my money. I'm looking to replace my items with some sturdy, high-quality alternatives, starting with chargers.

Specifically, I'm on the hunt for reliable USB-A to Lightning cables for my older iPhone (just a few years old). I've heard Anker and Belkin come up a lot, but I've seen recent reviews suggesting that Anker's quality has taken a nosedive and that Belkin is letting some low-quality products slip through.

I'm curious if those claims hold any water. Can anyone recommend a good, durable USB-A to Lightning charger that won't need replacing every month? Thanks in advance!

You might want to hit up a thrift store. You can grab a few chargers there for just a couple of bucks. Just a thought!

I’d suggest checking out Anker or U Green. Honestly, no charger will last indefinitely, and you might end up losing or breaking it regardless. Anker seems to be decent, and if there’s ever an issue, their return policy is pretty straightforward. You usually hear more about bad experiences than good ones, but they can be reliable overall.

Anker chargers have been totally reliable for me. If you can, go for braided cables; they tend to be way stronger and last a lot longer. I have multiple braided USB-A to USB-C cables, and they’ve held up really well across various uses. No issues here!
