Spend extra time practicing virtual network peering, private endpoints, and service endpoints. These are much easier to understand when you configure them yourself, and they’re common areas to be tested. Also review Azure Virtual Network Manager, since it can appear on the exam even though the official learning material may cover it briefly.
I’d use the official Microsoft Learn content for the core material and supplement it with John Savill’s Azure networking videos. Another useful approach is to create a small study plan for each exam domain, including summary notes, a set of review questions, and at least one hands-on exercise.
The Microsoft Learn modules are a good starting point because they stay current with the exam objectives. Pair them with reputable AZ-700 practice tests, such as those from Tutorial Dojo, to identify weak areas and get used to the question style.
