My company is willing to pay for a self-paced learning subscription, and I'm looking for recommendations that would help me grow as a junior systems administrator. Recently, I taught myself Intune and set up Windows Autopilot as part of our plan to phase out SCCM, so hands-on material around those technologies would be especially useful. CBT Nuggets is another worthwhile platform for IT training. It has been useful for systems and infrastructure topics, especially if your company prefers an all-in-one subscription.
Udemy is widely recognized and has plenty of Azure content. Other subscription services, such as StormWind, can also be useful, but Udemy tends to have the broadest selection and the most familiar course-completion credentials.
Udemy has a huge range of courses and is a popular choice for structured learning. If you buy individual courses, wait for one of their frequent sales. John Christopher’s Azure material was recommended as a solid option.
Microsoft Learn is probably the best starting point for Azure, and it’s free. It has structured learning paths for Azure fundamentals, Intune, and Autopilot, plus sandbox environments where you can practice without risking production systems. You may want to ask your company to pay for certification exams rather than a learning subscription.
