I'm looking for the cheapest motherboards that will still allow the 7800X3D to perform well without losing its standard potential. I don't need any fancy features like Wi-Fi, just something basic with 2 RAM slots, durable VRM that won't overheat, and no recurring issues. I'm not planning on overclocking, maybe a little Precision Boost Overdrive if anything.

Check out the most affordable B850 boards from well-known brands. Generally, there aren't any major issues reported with them. ASRock boards have had problems, but those mainly pertain to 9000 series CPUs, as far as I know. You should be good with the B850s for the 7800X3D.

What about the Gigabyte DS3H? I've heard mixed reviews about it.
