Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting Call of Duty to run on my PC. I updated my motherboard's BIOS using the manufacturer's download and enabled Secure Boot, but the game still isn't working. I'm not sure whether TPM 2.0, UEFI mode, or additional Secure Boot key settings are required. What should I check, and which specific error details would help narrow this down?

We need the exact symptom or error message to diagnose this properly. Updating the BIOS and enabling Secure Boot alone may not be enoughโ€”the problem could involve TPM, the anti-cheat system, or another setting.

On some motherboards, Secure Boot may need its default or factory keys installed, and switching from Standard to Custom key management can help if the anti-cheat cannot install its required keys. Check the motherboardโ€™s Secure Boot menu and look for any option related to restoring or enrolling the default keys. The gameโ€™s security or attestation checker should also indicate whether key installation or another requirement is failing.

Make sure TPM 2.0 is enabled in the BIOS as well as Secure Boot. Also check that the system is booting in full UEFI mode rather than Legacy or CSM mode. In Windows, open Device Security and confirm that the hardware security requirements are satisfied.
