Hey everyone! I just got a used computer and I'm feeling a bit anxious that the BIOS could have a virus. Right now, it's running BIOS version 1663. I'm considering updating it, but I'm not sure which version to go for or if I should just leave it as is. This is my first computer, and it has an i7-14700KF processor. What do you suggest?

Thanks for your input! Is there a foolproof way to check for hidden viruses in my BIOS? I've got Secure Boot and TPM on, but can I be 100% certain it's clean since my BIOS isn't password-protected?
