I received a $500 AWS credit coupon through AWS Builders, but I've moved my resources offline and don't expect to use it on my own account. The coupon isn't currently attached to an account. Is it possible to transfer or give the code to someone else, or are there other legitimate ways to use it before it expires?

Credits that are already visible in your account’s billing console are generally tied to that account and can’t be moved to another person. In that case, you could use them for a small project, or possibly let accounts in the same AWS Organization benefit if the credit-sharing rules allow it. Otherwise, the credit will expire unused.
First, check whether this is an actual redeemable code or credit that has already been applied to your billing account. If it’s just an unused code, it may be possible for someone else to redeem it, depending on the coupon’s terms and restrictions.
If the code is transferable under its terms, giving it to someone who is learning AWS or running a small project would probably be the most useful option. Be careful about selling it, though—some AWS credits are restricted to the original recipient, and the terms may prohibit resale or transfer. The exact coupon conditions should take priority.
