My mom misplaced her Samsung Galaxy S21, and it's crucial to retrieve it since it contains some important information. The phone isn't synced with any other devices, and she doesn't have a Google account, although she occasionally uses Google services like YouTube. We've already attempted several methods to locate it: we tried Google's 'Find My Device,' but that didn't work; WhatsApp was a no-go because GPS isn't activated on her phone; and calls to the internet provider and phone company resulted in no help either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we might be able to find her phone? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure she doesn't have a Gmail account? I thought you needed one to use Android. But if she really doesn't, she might have a Samsung account instead. Samsung offers its own 'Find My Phone' service which could really help here. Have you checked that out yet? You can visit SmartThingsFind.samsung.com from another device and see if you can locate it there.
It looks like finding the phone might be tricky without any accounts set up. However, to prevent this in the future, make sure she creates a Google account and signs in on her devices. This way, if it happens again, she can retrieve her data easily from a backup.
Another possibility is that she could have a Samsung account since those are often needed too. Using Samsung's SmartThings Find feature could be the way to go if she does! You can sign in on a different device and it should help you locate, ring, lock, or even erase the phone if necessary.
Just throwing this out there! If the phone could be turned on, try calling it from different rooms to see if anyone can hear it. Make sure to test it when there’s silence, maybe at night with the lights off—sometimes that can help!

Yeah, we gave that a shot. Unfortunately, it didn’t help.
