I'm putting together a gaming and general-purpose PC around a Radeon 9070 XT and Ryzen 7 9800X3D. I have roughly ₹20,000–₹25,000 left for the case, power supply, and additional cooling fans, after accounting for the CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and motherboard. I want the system to remain reliable for the next five to seven years, and I may use it for 3D work or VFX in the future. I'd appreciate recommendations that balance airflow, PSU quality, noise, and value.

Make sure the case has enough airflow rather than choosing only by appearance. With a power-hungry graphics card, an airflow-focused case and a reliable 850W PSU would be a sensible combination. You can also start with the case’s included fans and add more later if temperatures or noise suggest you need them, which could help keep the initial purchase within ₹25,000.
For the case, the Lian Li O11 Vision Compact is a clean option and usually costs around ₹13,000–₹14,000. Pair it with a good 850W unit such as the Corsair RM850x, which is roughly ₹10,000. It may put you slightly above budget before adding fans, but the PSU is worth prioritizing for a high-end GPU. For fans, choose based on whether you care about RGB; five decent non-RGB airflow fans should be sufficient.
The 9800X3D is arguably more CPU than most games need, so a 7800X3D could free up money for a higher-quality PSU. That said, if the price difference is only around ₹7,000 and you plan to keep the system for five to seven years, staying with the newer chip is reasonable for extra headroom and longevity.
That’s why I’m leaning toward the 9800X3D. The difference isn’t huge in the overall build cost, and I’d rather have some extra headroom for future games and other workloads.
