What caused all my remote-controlled devices to turn on and off at 1:30 AM?

Last night at 1:30 AM, all my remote-controlled devices went haywire! My smart TV, ceiling fans, and lights flashed on and off, which woke everyone up. Strangely, even the video on my iPad stopped and restarted during that time. I think it happened a couple of times. I live in South East UK; could that be relevant?

Perhaps a reminder that remote-controlling everything sometimes has its drawbacks? Maybe consider a backup plan!

Okay, this might sound crazy, but I checked flight tracking and saw a military aircraft flew over at that exact moment. Coincidence or something more?

So, are you saying the aliens are nearby? Sounds like a sci-fi movie!

Are you sure you’re not just imagining things? That sounds a bit wild!

It sounds like you might have experienced a momentary power cut. These things can cause all sorts of glitches with remote devices.

I mean, aliens are an option... but seriously, have you checked if there are any settings for a scheduled reboot? I have my router set to reboot at 4 AM every day, just an idea!

Could be aliens messing with your tech, or it's just a case of power interruptions causing some electromagnetic interference.
