I have a battery pack from a tire inflator, and the connecting pins are about 3mm apart. I'm looking to find out what kind of charger I need to buy that fits the head of the battery pack. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, you might want to just buy a new tire inflator. They are really affordable these days, and it could save you a lot of hassle!

I totally understand that, but I'm trying to salvage this one for small inflatables. I did pick up a new one to keep in the car, though.

It sounds like you have an 18650 battery, which is a standard type. You'll need a charger that supports 7.5V to match the battery's requirements. Just double-check the specifications before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

If you're looking to salvage it, you could go for a cheap charger that you can rewire to charge via USB. Just keep in mind that you'll need some technical skills to solder everything safely!

How does it normally charge? Did it stop working or did you lose the charger? If the circuitry is still functional, just find out the needed voltage and amps, and you should be able to track down a suitable charger online.
