Hey everyone! I recently launched my own homelab Kubernetes cluster, and it's running smoothly. I'm eager to dive into some projects—what fun or technical things do you all suggest I could work on? I'm open to challenging tasks or just something entertaining. If you have any links or ideas, I'd love to hear them!

You should check out Immich with Flux Helm Operator—it's a great way to manage your app deployments!

If your setup is stable, experiment with deploying common apps like Plex or a personal blog. Setting up ArgoCD could be useful too; it’s fun and educational! You can mess around and learn a lot through that.

I run a Kubernetes cluster too, and here are some cool apps I have on mine: Jellyfin, WordPress, Nextcloud, and even some monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. It's a fun way to experiment! Happy homelabbing!

TechieNinja72: That's an awesome list! Do you run GitLab on a Longhorn volume or something else?

RandomRascal37: Does your Qbittorrent setup use a VPN sidecar? I’m struggling with mine!

You could also try hosting your own Identity Provider and learn about OAuth/OIDC. Great options to start with are LLDAP, Authentik, or Keycloak! That’s a nice challenge.

TechieNinja72: I’m thinking of starting with Keycloak and LLDAP.

How about hosting Matomo for analytics? You can also use the MariaDB Operator to set up its database easily! That should keep you busy and teach you a lot.
