My ASUS ROG Strix G15 G513IE-HN075W has been experiencing increasingly frequent crashes, including DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NONEXECUTABLE_MEMORY, KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE, FAST_ERESOURCE_PRECONDITION_VIOLATION, and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. It also sometimes freezes completely or shows a black screen with the mouse still visible.
The crashes happen unpredictably: sometimes during startup or while idle, and other times after hours of gaming. I have tested each RAM module separately, run MemTest86, and reset Windows twice, but the problems continue. A technician suggested that the integrated graphics processor and battery may be failing, but I would like to know whether another hardware component or driver could be responsible.
The laptop has a Ryzen 7 4800H, integrated AMD Radeon graphics, an RTX 3050 Ti, 32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory, a 512 GB NVMe SSD, and a 2 TB secondary drive. What would be the best next step for identifying the cause?

The different stop codes point to a problem that needs more evidence before blaming the integrated GPU or battery. Check C:WindowsMinidump for crash dump files and collect several of them, then analyze them with a debugger or have someone review them. If no dumps are being created, configure Windows to use Small Memory Dumps and reproduce the crashes. The dumps can often show whether the repeated failures involve a particular driver, storage device, graphics component, or memory-related subsystem.

The crashes are completely random. They can happen while booting, browsing, gaming, or simply sitting idle. Sometimes the laptop runs for hours, and other times it crashes several times in a row.
