I recently bought an LG UltraGear 45" OLED 5K2K 165Hz monitor. I'm thinking about upgrading my graphics card to an NVIDIA 4090. My current specs include an ASRock B650M ProRS Micro ATX motherboard, an ASRock Challenger OC Radeon RX 7900 GRE video card, a Cougar Archon 2 Mesh RGB ATX Mid Tower Case, and a Gigabyte UD750GM 750W power supply. Given these specs, what else do I need to upgrade to run this monitor at max game settings for about 2-4 hours at a time, a few times a week?

You'll definitely want to consider your CPU as well; it plays a big role when you're gaming at high resolutions. You'll probably need to upgrade your power supply too since it's crucial for running a powerful GPU like the 4090.
That 7900 GRE will struggle with 5K at high settings, so upgrading to a 4090 or even a 5090 is key if you want to hit around 165fps in most games. Just keep in mind, if you're going for a GPU upgrade, you'll likely need a new case since your current one limits GPU length. A lot of these high-end cards are longer than what your case allows.
