I originally mistyped my budget—it's $700, not $70. I want a graphics card that will last several years so I won't feel the need to upgrade again soon. I mainly use my PC for gaming and producing music. My current system has an MSI B550-A PRO motherboard, a Ryzen 5 5600G, and an EVGA 650 BQ 80+ Bronze power supply. I'm not sure which case I have, but it's probably an older model. I don't know much about PC hardware, so I'd appreciate advice on which GPU would make sense and whether my current parts, especially the power supply and processor, are enough.

If you really meant $70, there isn’t much worth buying new at that price. With a $700 budget, though, you have several good options. The best choice depends heavily on the games you play, your monitor’s resolution, and whether you want to spend the entire budget on the GPU or upgrade the CPU too.
If you’re gaming at 1080p, pairing a CPU upgrade with a midrange GPU could give you a better-balanced system and more headroom. A Ryzen 5 5600X3D-class processor paired with an RX 9060 XT-class card would be a solid combination if you can find the CPU at a good price. If you’d rather put the full budget into graphics performance, an RX 9070 XT-class card is a stronger option, but your 5600G may hold it back in some CPU-heavy games.
The Ryzen 5 5600G can limit a higher-end graphics card because it’s a little slower than the standard Ryzen 5 5600 and has a smaller cache. For a balanced system, something around an RX 9060 XT-class card would make sense. If you want a stronger GPU such as an RTX 5070 or RX 9070, consider upgrading the processor to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D or another compatible AM4 gaming CPU as well.
