What GPU should I pair with a Ryzen 7 5800X for 1080p high-refresh gaming?

I currently have a Ryzen 7 5800X paired with a GeForce RTX 3060 12GB. In many games, especially Rust, my CPU usage is close to 100% while GPU usage stays around 20–30%. I also play DayZ and BeamNG. My monitor is 1080p at 200Hz, and I have a new 750W power supply. Would upgrading the graphics card help, and which GPU would be a sensible match for this system?

Before buying anything, check per-core CPU usage, frame rates, frametime graphs, and your in-game settings. Overall CPU usage can be misleading if one or two cores are maxed out. If your goal is consistently reaching 200 FPS in Rust or BeamNG, a CPU upgrade may help more than moving far beyond the RTX 3060. If you mainly want better graphics quality or performance in GPU-heavy games, then a 4070-class or RX 7800 XT-class card is a sensible ceiling for this setup.
