My PC has a Ryzen 7 3700X, liquid cooling, 4TB of SSD storage, and 16GB of RAM. I want to replace my GTX 1060 with a graphics card costing no more than about €400 in Spain. I'm considering options such as the RX 6750 XT or Intel Arc B580, but I'd prefer more than 8GB of VRAM and need reliable performance for game streaming. What would be the best upgrade for this system and budget?

A used RTX 3080 could be an option if you can find one below €400. It has strong raster performance, although its power consumption is high and it only has 10GB of VRAM, so it may not fully satisfy your preference for more than 8GB.

Used prices can vary a lot by region. I’ve seen RTX 3080 cards around €300 locally, so it’s worth checking the second-hand market carefully.

The Intel Arc B580 should pair reasonably well with your Ryzen 7 3700X and offers 12GB of VRAM. Make sure your motherboard BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date, and enable Resizable BAR or Smart Access Memory for better Arc performance. For streaming, check that your software and games work well with Intel’s encoder before buying.

If you can stretch the budget by roughly €50, a 16GB RX 9060 XT would be worth considering. It gives you the extra VRAM you want and should be a strong upgrade from the 1060.

Check current local prices before deciding. The main options to compare are the 16GB RX 9060 XT and the 16GB RTX 5060 Ti. The 9060 XT may be closer to your budget, while the 5060 Ti can offer better streaming support but is often considerably more expensive.

The 16GB 9060 XT is around €484 here, while the 5060 Ti is closer to €600, so both are above my target budget.
