What GPU Upgrade Should I Consider for My New UW1440p Monitor?

Hey folks! I'm planning to upgrade my GPU to better support my new UW1440p screen that I snagged for a great price. Currently, I've got an AMD Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, an RX6650XT with 8GB of VRAM, and 16GB of RAM. I'm facing some performance bottlenecks with the VRAM maxing out during gaming. I'm located in the UK/Germany and my budget for this upgrade is around 400 euros, if necessary. Any suggestions or tips would be really helpful!

You should consider adding more RAM to your setup, as it can help improve performance just a bit. For the GPU, any card with 12GB or 16GB of VRAM will offer a noticeable boost. It might be worth looking into cards like the RX 6700 XT for a solid upgrade that aligns with your budget.

Yeah, RAM can be a weak link sometimes, but it really depends on what you're playing. Just make sure to balance it with a good GPU upgrade!

An RX 9060 XT with 16GB is a great option for your needs, especially for 1440p gaming! It's priced right around 400 euros, so it could fit perfectly into your budget. Just make sure to check for availability since these can sell out fast!
