Before you commit, what’s your budget and does your power supply have a PCIe power cable? If you're looking for something under $100, the GTX 1650 (4GB) or RTX 3050 (6GB) models are good. If you're okay with a slightly higher price, getting an RX 6600 is also a great affordable option that consumes less power.
You might want to consider the Intel ARC A750; it's currently priced around $140 and offers solid performance for the price. Just keep in mind that it has a reputation for power efficiency issues, so make sure it fits your setup.
I've heard the A750 can be a bit power-hungry, so check if it can work with your 450W PSU before buying.
