Look for the cheapest available 2x32GB 6000 MHz kit with CL28 or CL30. That should give you great performance without breaking the bank.
To give the best recommendation, it would help to know your platform or CPU. If you're using Intel, aim for the fastest RAM you can find. If you're on AMD, go for something around 6000 or 6200 MHz, with 6200 being better if you're lucky with the infinity fabric. Low CAS latency (CL) can also make a difference!
