Honestly, just use whatever comes with your CPU cooler. The performance difference between that and premium pastes is only a degree or two, and that's not something you'll notice in most cases.
From my experience, the PTM 7950 worked well on my CPU. I noticed good temps, but the mounting technique is also super important! Make sure to apply it in a star pattern for even spread.
