What Nvidia Graphics Card Should I Upgrade to for Better Performance?

I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 7600x paired with an AMD RX 7600, which has served me well for the past year and a half. Recently, I've started playing more diverse games beyond esports shooters on low settings. I've really been enjoying Black Myth Wukong, and while I can achieve decent FPS by lowering some settings, I want to experience higher quality graphics and the RTX mode. Therefore, I'm looking for recommendations on the best Nvidia graphics card for my budget of $600, including options for used cards from eBay if it helps lower the price.

The 9070 would be a better option, but Nvidia isn't currently very competitive at these price points. If you're open to waiting a bit, prices might change, and new options could come up.

The RTX 5070 is probably your best bet within your budget. It can significantly boost your FPS and enable some ray-tracing features, making your gaming experience much better. It won’t be top-of-the-line, but it should serve you well.

Wukong is a great game, and I’ve been enjoying Elden Ring and Minecraft for years myself. I do own a VR headset too, so I’m looking into future-proofing my setup. If you think the 5070 isn't a good bang for your buck, I’m open to suggestions, even if they might be out of my current range. You never know, money might come my way or prices could drop!

Honestly, the RTX 5070 is decent but not the best choice for $600. If you can stretch your budget to $650, consider the 9070XT. It often competes with the 5070Ti and can sometimes outperform a 5080 in certain games. Just keep in mind, based on benchmarks, it might not handle Black Myth Wukong very well.
