I'm considering replacing my RTX 2060 6GB with a 9060 XT 16GB, which would be a pretty substantial upgrade. The card currently costs about €430 where I live, although I saw it selling for around €380 roughly a month ago. Since its MSRP was about $349, or approximately €300, I'm wondering whether €430 is still reasonable or if it's likely to drop back below €400. Should I buy now, or wait for prices to improve?

I’d personally wait for it to drop below €400 if you aren’t in a hurry. Previous-generation cards could serve as alternatives, and paying €430 makes less sense when the price was recently much lower.
Several people are seeing prices rise rather than fall. The card was available below MSRP for a while, but that seems to have ended, so if you need the upgrade soon, buying now may be safer than waiting for another price increase.
Some buyers got the card for around €360 earlier, while current prices in some areas have climbed closer to €500. At €430 it isn’t a bargain, but it may still be a reasonable purchase if you need the performance now.

That could take a while. Prices moved from roughly €400 to €469 very quickly, so I’m also reconsidering whether waiting is worth the risk.
