Hey everyone! I just got my hands on the RTX 5090 Founders Edition and I'm on the hunt for a 1200W (or stronger) power supply. Here's the build I've put together: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3ZgXsK](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3ZgXsK). I'm planning to order from Alza in the Czech Republic (here's the link to their power supply section: [alza.cz](https://www.alza.cz/EN/pc-power-supplies/18849164.htm#f&cud=0&pg=1&prod=&par505=1200--3000&sc=500)). I've done some reading, but I'm not entirely sure which PSU will be 100% safe and compatible. Some folks are suggesting that ATX 3.1 is better than 3.0, but I'm unsure how crucial that is. I really don't want my card to overheat or have any issues, so I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have. Thanks a lot!

You definitely want to go with an ATX 3.1 PSU since it provides a safer 12V connection for your 5090. A 1200W PSU should give you enough headroom for everything in your build! Just make sure to check out a PSU tier list and aim for an A rating; that way, you'll get the cleanest and safest power for your components, plus additional safety features.
I found a solid option for you! Check out this PSU: [Corsair HX1200i](https://m.alza.cz/corsair-hx1200i-2025-c14-d12903053.htm). It's rated A+, so it should be a great fit for your RTX 5090. You can't go wrong with that!
