What screws should I use for Arctic P14 Pro fans on a radiator?

I'm trying to find the right size screws for attaching Arctic P14 Pro fans to a radiator. Google recommends 6-32 screws that are 30mm long, but the ones I have are too loose in the fans and don't seem to grip enough to attach securely to the radiator. The fans are about 27mm deep, and the screws I have stick out only about 2-3mm when inserted. I'm not sure if this length is sufficient. Any advice would be appreciated!

You should check the actual depth of the fan, which is around 27mm. If you add an extra 2-3mm for the screw thread length, the 30mm recommendation makes sense. Avoid using screws longer than that, as it may cause issues with fitting.

But if the screws only stick out 2-3mm, will that really hold in the radiator? I think 30mm is meant for 25mm thick fans, so I'm unsure about the thickness requirement.
