What should I do if my phone fell into the sink with soap bubbles?

I accidentally dropped my phone into the sink, but thankfully, there wasn't any water—just some bubbles from hand soap. I dried it off quickly, but I'm worried about whether the soap could damage my phone. Should I be concerned?

You’re probably okay! Most phones from the last few years have some water resistance. For example, I’ve been rinsing my Samsung phones when they get muddy since the Note 9 without any issues. Just check what model you have and see how water-resistant it is!

If it was just bubbles, you should be fine! Most modern phones have decent protection against water and soap, so I wouldn't stress too much about it.

Lol, people act like it’s a big deal! But seriously, if you’re not hearing any weird audio issues, you're likely in the clear. Some iPhones from the 12 onwards are rated for water resistance. Check your phone's IP rating online; that’ll tell you a lot about how it handles spills!
