I've been trying out the free tier of AdminByRequest, but I'm facing some challenges. Users are needing to change network settings and system services, and I've run into a strange situation where a user running Hyper-V on their laptop couldn't create new VMs even after using AdminByRequest to elevate. Are these common issues? Is the support with the paid tier better at resolving these problems? I've also started looking into Auto-Elevate, and I'm not sure if that was a good decision because AdminByRequest seemed promising.

I recommend checking out ThreatLocker as an alternative. They have strong features, though I understand they can be pricey.
Yes, going with the paid tier generally gives better support and outcomes. It might be worth considering!
From my experience years ago, I believe they had some presales support. Have you tried reaching out for a quote? I once had an account issue because my AD account was in a certain security group. They appreciated me reporting that bug. For the Hyper-V issue, maybe try adding the user to the Hyper-V Administrators group?
I still haven't found a way to let web apps install without giving Edge full permissions to install everything. It can be tricky!
We've been using AdminByRequest for five years now. A few minor issues, but overall it's a great and stable product!
I’ve only had one app that didn’t uninstall smoothly with AdminByRequest. It didn’t prompt for elevation, but ABR was still blocking it. Besides that, it’s worked well for us!
Yeah, ThreatLocker can be a bit too expensive for smaller teams.
