I'm a computer science student excited but nervous about starting my sys admin internship. Even though I've worked at an IT help desk for over a year, I feel unprepared for this new role. Could you share some advice or insights about what to expect during my internship? I'm really worried about not being competent enough.

Just remember to listen, take notes, and don't hesitate to ask questions. I was in a similar position a decade ago, and I learned so much more during my internship than I did in college. Mistakes are a part of the journey, so own them and learn. That feeling of self-doubt is normal, but it does get easier with time and experience.
