What should I replace my Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W PSU with after it sparked?

I was in the middle of a gaming session when my breaker tripped. After resetting it, I noticed large orange sparks coming from the back of my computer where the power supply unit (PSU) is located. I'm looking to replace the PSU since I'm pretty sure the other components are still okay. I'm new to PC building and bought this setup from a friend, so I'm not really sure what to replace it with.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, the Montech Century II is a solid choice. It’s been getting great reviews and it's available in various sizes depending on your needs.

Montech Century II offers great pricing right now, but it's important to get the right size. Can you share your PC specs? Just to note, unless you have a super high-end GPU like the RTX 5090, 1200W might be overkill for you.

I think I have a Ryzen 7 and a 3080 RTX, so yeah, 1200W sounds like too much!

Also, since your old PSU was a ‘cable management’ type, you might need new cables. I usually buy cables from sites like Corsair or Amazon; they have a good selection.
