My current setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600X processor, an RTX 3060 Ti graphics card, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1TB NVMe storage drive, a B550 motherboard, and I'm using a 600-650W PSU in an NZXT H510 case. My budget for this upgrade is between $800 and $1,000, possibly a bit more if needed. I think my setup is still decent but I feel like it's definitely time for an upgrade. If you're considering an upgrade, I would recommend looking into the RTX 4070 Super or even the 4070 Ti. Those are going to give you a solid boost in performance. Upgrading your RAM to 32GB would usually be a good idea too, but prices are really high right now, so it might be best to wait until they come down a bit. Just a heads up, if you upgrade your GPU, you might need to get a stronger PSU, especially if you opt for the Ti version.
