I'm pretty happy with my current setup: an RTX 5070, 32GB of DDR5 memory, a Ryzen 7 7500X3D, and 1TB of storage. I already use a 1440p 240Hz Gigabyte OLED monitor and recently picked up a Razer Viper V3 mouse, so what upgrade would make the most noticeable difference next?

The monitor or graphics card would normally be the upgrades with the biggest impact, but you’ve already got strong hardware in both areas. I wouldn’t spend several hundred dollars moving from a Ryzen 7 7500X3D to a 9800X3D unless you have a specific CPU bottleneck or are chasing maximum frame rates in demanding games. With your current setup, keeping the money for a future generation probably makes more sense.
If the PC is performing well and you’re happy with the image quality, there may not be a meaningful upgrade needed right now. Since you already have a high-refresh OLED display, I’d probably save the money rather than replace a perfectly capable component. A mechanical keyboard or other peripheral could be worth considering if you want something new.

That makes sense. I already have the 1440p 240Hz OLED display and just bought a Viper V3 on sale, so I’ll probably hold off for now.
