What Upgrades Should I Consider for My PC?

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about upgrading my PC and I'd love your suggestions on which parts I should focus on. Here are the specs: I'm currently using G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM, a Xilence 600W power supply, a KingSpec 128GB M.2 SSD, an Intel Core i5-9600KF CPU, a PowerColor Radeon RX 6600 GPU, and an ASRock B365M Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard. I suspect that my memory might need an upgrade, but I'm open to any advice. Thanks in advance! 😀

For starters, your power supply is rated quite low, and I wouldn’t trust it for reliable performance. A better PSU will help in the long run. Storage is key too; you should consider a 2TB NVMe SSD to speed things up since 128GB isn’t cutting it for modern games. If you're eyeing RAM upgrades, just know you might need to shift to DDR5 if you decide to upgrade your CPU/motherboard soon. So keep that in mind if you're on a budget!

For the storage question, I have 3TB HDDs, sorry for not mentioning it, I simply just forgor (skill issue I know). I don't want to upgrade everything at the moment, I just want to make my computer a bit faster, because I feel the new games are kinda slow on this bad boy at the moment, and I'm a uni student, so I don't have a big budget.

I’d say start with upgrading the power supply. Xilence makes pretty unreliable products, and a quality PSU is crucial for stability and efficiency. After that, your storage is definitely lacking at just 128GB—consider grabbing a 2TB NVMe drive for more game space. For RAM, it's tough since prices are high right now; if you can find a good deal on a 2x8GB kit, that would help. Just make sure it matches the specs for compatibility.

And can the power supply affect my pc's strength that much? (sorry if it's obvious :cc)
