It sounds like your CPU might be the weak link here. An older processor could definitely bottleneck your performance, especially when paired with a more powerful GPU like the RTX 5060 Ti.
Try opening your Task Manager while you're gaming to see what's maxing out. If you decide to upgrade your CPU, keep in mind that you'll probably need a new motherboard and possibly RAM too. It's all connected!
