If possible, save a little longer before buying. A $50 card can get you started, but content creation—especially gaming video—also depends heavily on your CPU, RAM, storage, and recording setup. A cheap GPU is fine as a temporary step, but avoid spending your entire budget on a card that may be worn out or lack useful encoder support.
An RX 580 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB would be worth watching for around $50. An RX 580 can still handle basic gaming and entry-level recording, although it’s old and shouldn’t be expected to run demanding modern games at high settings. If you get extremely lucky, you might see something closer to an RX 5600, but don’t count on it.
At that price, there probably isn’t one specific card you can reliably target. Check local listings and used marketplaces for whatever is available, but make sure the seller can show that the card works. Older cards may also have heavily used fans or other issues.
