What's a Fair Selling Price for My Old PC Parts in the UK?

I'm trying to figure out how much I should list my old PC components for. I have an Intel i7 6700, an Asus Z170-K motherboard, and 16GB of HyperX DDR4 RAM (2x8GB) running at 2100MHz. Everything is boxed up and in great condition, but I'm not sure what the market value is. What would be a reasonable price to ask for these items?

In my experience, you're going to have a tough time getting much for those parts. Maybe aim for ยฃ50 for the bundle if you're lucky. There isnโ€™t a strong upgrade path with that chipset, so it wonโ€™t sell well.

If you break it down, the CPU is around ยฃ25, the RAM about ยฃ15, and the motherboard could fetch ยฃ35. Individually, youโ€™d likely top out at around ยฃ70-75. If you're selling it as a bundle, aim for ยฃ50-60 for all.

You might want to consider pricing it around ยฃ50. Honestly, that hardware is getting pretty old, so you might not get much more than that. Some might even argue for less; just a heads up!

GamerGuy123: I've seen similar setups go for about ยฃ100, so maybe start high and drop the price if needed.

Realistically, you're probably looking at a maximum of ยฃ70-100 for everything. But it might be pushing itโ€”ยฃ50 sounds more like what youโ€™ll actually see.
