I'm looking for an all-in-one liquid cooler mainly for the appearance and to fill three fan positions in my PC case. I don't need exceptional cooling, since I'm considering a Ryzen 5 9600X or possibly a used Ryzen 7 7800X3D. My budget is about €60, which is roughly 300 RON in Romania. I'd prefer a black AIO with no RGB or only minimal lighting. What models would be worth considering at this price?

A decent 360 mm AIO without RGB will probably cost closer to 460 RON, so finding one at 300 RON may be difficult. The Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 is one of the better non-RGB options, but it’s likely over budget. If a little RGB is acceptable, Thermalright models are often cheaper, including the Frozen Infinity 360 Black.
Thermalright’s RGB versions tend to offer better value, but for a completely black, non-RGB 360 mm cooler, the Arctic model is probably one of the safest choices. At 300 RON, checking local sales or considering a 240 mm AIO may be more realistic.
Is around 460 RON really the lowest realistic price, or are there any cheaper models that would still be reliable?
