I'm looking for some advice on which processor would work well with my RX 9060XT (16 GB) GPU. I mainly play AAA games and new releases like Tarkov and Arc Raiders, and I'm particularly concerned about Tarkov since it's known to be unoptimized. I play exclusively at 1080p, and while I was considering the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, I've seen some discussions suggesting it might be overkill. Any thoughts on a suitable CPU?

Any of the X3D series would be a great pick. Even a 5600X3D is expected to last you at least 5 years for gaming. I'd suggest getting any affordable AM5 X3D chip, and you should be set for a long time without needing an upgrade.
