I'm looking for recommendations on a PC build with a budget between $800 and $1000, preferably including a GeForce 5060, but I'm open to alternatives. The primary use will be for gaming, especially Fortnite and RPGs. I live in Switzerland, so any insights on component prices there would also be appreciated!

If you don't mind making some compromises, you could go with a 3050 and save about $50 to splurge on a better CPU. Just keep in mind that this advice is based on US prices, and you'll want to see how things stack up in your area. You can always upgrade your GPU later!

You might want to consider buying a used system for around $300-$500 and then upgrading the GPU. If you can find a used 3080 Ti 12GB, that’s a solid choice over the 5060, or even look for a 9060 XT 16GB.

Just a heads up, PC components can be a bit pricier in Switzerland compared to other places, so that might affect your choices. What parts are you considering so far?

From what I've seen, prices aren't too different—just a little higher, but manageable.
