I'm looking for a good outlet strip to buy in bulk. Ideally it would be black, have a 7–10 foot power cord, and provide enough spacing for bulky adapters and standard plugs. I used to buy APC strips, but the models I relied on have been discontinued. What brands or models have held up well for you?

If you want something more durable, look at metal outlet strips with generous spacing. Isobar and Furman are also solid brands, particularly if you care more about build quality and surge protection than getting the absolute cheapest option.
For setups with large power bricks and chunky adapters, the Fellowes Mighty 8 was excellent, although it appears to be discontinued now. Anker has reasonably priced alternatives with both 5-foot and 10-foot cord versions.
Belkin’s long power strips have been my go-to. The layout is useful, with several widely spaced outlets along the edge and additional standard-spaced outlets in the center. They’re available with different surge-protection options, including coax and phone-line protection, and the plugs are angled so they don’t block the neighboring wall outlet. They’re usually around $30, depending on the model and seller.
Tripp Lite has several options with cords ranging from roughly 6 to 15 feet. Their Waber-branded strips are worth checking too, especially if you want something sturdier for bulk purchasing.
I second these. The outlet spacing, cable management, quantity, and long cord make them especially good for desk setups.
