I've been using Intel HD graphics, so I'm ready for an upgrade! I'm looking for a GPU that can run BeamNG at max settings with shaders for a solid 30 fps, and for CS2, I want something that can handle 120 fps at max settings, all at 1080p. My budget is super tight, under 120 euros, and I generally prefer AMD. Any recommendations?

You might want to list your whole system specs to get better advice, especially your power supply! For around 120 euros, you could go for the A580 or the RX 6400. If your computer is older, stick with the RX 6400. But for newer setups, an A380 might do! Just keep in mind that to hit those smooth 120 fps, you typically need something like a 3050, which is a big step up from your budget cards—think more like 60-70 fps instead. If you’re open to used cards, an RX 6600 or 3060 could really do the trick, but make sure your power supply can handle it!
Cool, good to know! Have you found any used options?
With a budget of 120 euros for used GPUs, check out the RX 580 or GTX 1080. Both should give you decent performance at 1080p.
I actually found an RTX 3060 Ti for 150 euros. Is that worth stretching my budget for?

I have 16GB of RAM, an i5 7400, and a 600 watt 80 plus bronze power supply. The case is LG, but I'm not sure the model.
