I'm looking to upgrade my CPU and need some suggestions for options priced between €100 and €200 that work with DDR4 RAM. I currently have an Intel i3 10105F, and I'm open to both AM4 and LGA1700 sockets. My GPU is an RX 9060XT 16GB. Some CPUs I'm considering are the i5 12600KF, i5 14400F, i5 13400F, i5 12400F, R7 5800X, and R5 5600. I've heard that the i5 12600KF is the best performer, but I'm worried about its high TDP of 125W being much higher than my current CPU. Should I be concerned about overheating? Any advice would be really appreciated!

I'd go for the i5 12400. It's super easy to keep cool, and in most games, the performance difference between it and the 12600 isn't significant. If possible, opt for the non-F version for the integrated graphics, which is handy for troubleshooting or if your GPU fails.
If you're considering Intel and planning to upgrade later, the i5 12600K is a great choice. It performs excellently now and sets you up for an easier upgrade path to the 14th gen without worrying about compatibility.
When it comes to benchmarks, the i5 12600KF takes the lead overall, but if gaming and everyday tasks are your main focus, the R7 5800X might be the better option.
Another option is to keep your current motherboard and cooler and look for a secondhand i9-10900. It consumes only 65W, which is lower than your current CPU, and gives you a significant performance boost, although you'll be stuck on PCIe 3 for now.
