What’s the Best Fast YouTube Downloader?

I'm working as a video editor and need a reliable tool to download videos from YouTube. Recently, Cobalt stopped working for me, and I've found that other downloaders are really glitchy and slow. Can anyone recommend something that works well? I did find that ytloader.net functioned properly, but I'm curious about other options too!

You might want to give JDownloader2 a try, but it has a bit of a learning curve. Here’s how it goes: you’ll have to create a YouTube account or use your existing one, import your cookies into JDownloader2, and then copy and paste your YouTube links into the downloader. You can pick between video, audio, captions, and even choose your preferred codec and resolution. Just a heads up, the cookies expire every three months, and you’ll need to re-import them, and sometimes you might face download issues a day or two a year, but they usually fix those pretty quickly.

Wow, that sounds super complicated! I think I’ll stick to ytloader.net for now, but thanks for the info!

I totally get it; it can be a lot! But once you get it set up, it's solid!

I used to love Cobalt too until they removed YouTube support. Currently, I'm using ytloader.net, and fingers crossed it remains stable!

If you ask me, `yt-dlp` is the best option out there—no contest!

I tried using it, but I couldn’t get the setup to work. At least ytloader.net is doing its job for me!
