I'm in Italy and have a total budget of about €600 for a gaming PC. I already have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I'd like to play demanding games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 at around 60 FPS, although 30 FPS would be acceptable if necessary. I understand the basic parts of a PC, but I'm unsure how graphics cards compare—for example, an RTX 3080 versus an RTX 4070—and I'm open to buying used components if that makes the budget work.
