I'm looking for recommendations on the best GPU to pair with my Ryzen 5 5500X3D. My motherboard has PCIe 3.0 support, and I was considering the RTX 5050, but I'm not sure if that's the ideal choice. I would appreciate any suggestions based on performance and compatibility!

The 5500X3D can actually handle PCIe 4.0, which means you can really go for a range of GPUs. If you're aiming for something in the mid-range, the 5070 or 9070XT are great options. If you want something lower like the 9060XT or 5060Ti, they'll work too! Just consider your budget and gaming needs.

True, but remember that older motherboards limit PCIe speeds, so options like the 300 and 400 series with A520 have restrictions.
