What’s the best GPU I can get for my $1500 PC build?

I'm looking for suggestions on which GPU to choose for my $1500 build. Ideally, I want to keep the GPU cost around $600, but let me know if there are any parts I could swap for cheaper yet better alternatives. I'm particularly interested in fitting either a 9070 XT or a 7900 XT into my budget. Here's my current build layout: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gcGfTM

Just grab the cheapest 9070 XT you can find. I'd steer clear of the 7900 XT since it's from an older generation and lacks some features that the 9070 XT offers.

Also, heads up about ASRock boards possibly causing issues with some AM5 CPUs. If you haven’t bought anything yet and can stretch the budget a bit, check out this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/.mockingbird/saved/Pj7fhM. It’s a better CPU but doesn’t include a monitor like your current list. Total would be around $1550.

I’d recommend going with the 7600x and getting the 9070 XT. That combo should fit nicely within your budget and give you solid performance.
