What's the Best GPU You Can Get for Around €400?

I'm looking to buy a high-performing GPU for about €400. I'm open to purchasing used options. I found a 3080 10GB for €372 and a 3080 Ti 12GB for €393. Can anyone suggest if these are good deals or if there are any better GPUs I should consider for that price range? Thanks!
