What’s the best Intel CPU to pair with an RTX 5080?

I'm building a long-lasting gaming PC and want to pair it with an RTX 5080, 64 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6000 MHz, and a decent motherboard. My old setup served me well for nearly 9 years, and I want to make a solid choice this time around. I've been considering the Ultra 9-285K CPU. Is it a good option? How does it perform in terms of heat and overall efficiency? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!

If you're focused on gaming, the Intel 14900KS is currently the fastest option out there. The Ultra 9-285K is a decent chip, but it's slower compared to the 14900 series, especially for gaming.
